Setting Firefox to not delete cookies

1. Open Firefox.
2. From the Tools menu, select Options.
3. Click Privacy at the top.
4. Ensure that the Accept Cookies checkbox is checked.
5. Ensure that the Keep Until selection displays they expire.
   
   
   
   
6. Click OK.

Congratulations.  Firefox should now save the cookies with your Start.shaw.ca preferences.


Other Software

Note: Other software on your computer may be set to automatically delete cookies. If you’ve set your browser to save cookies (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and Weather and Reminders keep changing, check your computer for other software that manages cookies such as Antivirus software, Firewall and/or Internet Security Software, Browser Toolbar Software like the Yahoo Toolbar or the Google Toolbar, etc. For assistance, we recommend that you contact the vendor of the software in question.
